From Sky Harbor International Airport to The Phoenician
Exit AZ-153 North toward 44th Street. (AZ-153 North becomes North 44th Street). Travel North on 44th Street for 6 miles to Camelback Road and turn right (East). Travel for 2 miles to traffic signal at Phoenician Bouleward (also called Jokake Road) and turn left (North) nto the resort.

Payment
Payment must be received on or before 17 December 2008 to receive the Early Registration fee. After that date all registrations will be charged at the Standard Registration fee.
Payment must be made in advance to the Event Secretariat by one of the following methods:
MasterCard/Visa/Amex. Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged in American Dollars at the actual exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be accepted.
Confirmation and Further Instructions
Confirmation of registration will be sent by email to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, further instructions will be sent out week commencing 5 January 2009, by email, to assist you with your visit to Scottsdale. Therefore please ensure you submit your email address when registering. This information will also be available on this website.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Event Organisers, registration@sccexecutiveretreat09.com. Cancellations on or before 17 December 2008 will receive a refund less a 20% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date but substitutions may be made at any time. Please send an email to registration@sccexecutiveretreat09.com notifying us of any name change.
Insurance
The registration fees does not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
Social Events
The Welcome Reception on Wednesday and the Reception on Thursday are included in the full delegate and accompanying persons’ registration fee. However, please ensure that you confirm your attendance for these events on the registration form, in order to guarantee your place.
Both delegates and accompanying persons may book on for the Golf event.
